We deliver training, career advice, and employment opportunities to refugee and migrant communities. We have worked with employers such as Bristol Waste, Starbucks, First West of England and Visit West to help fill vacancies whilst supporting people into their desired careers.

We run BESPOKE PROGRAMMES to recruit, retain and progress refugees and migrants into employment.

Through our network, we will work with you to help your business find the right match. Running bespoke courses, supporting with training and settling people into your company.

Areeba - Case Study

Areeba was a participant in the Bridge to Employment programme and received a placement opportunity in a renowned hotel in Bristol, gaining invaluable on-the-job training and insights. This innovative pre-employment training programme is designed to equip participants with the skills and experience needed to thrive in the industry.

ACH provided pre-employment training and one-to-one support to selected candidates, followed by guaranteed job interviews for barista roles within Starbucks stores across Birmingham and Bristol.
